Running the Cloe Web UI

Up until now, our simulations have run in the console to completion, and we’ve seen from a simulation is bunch of progress messages and some JSON output. Cloe comes with a web UI that can attach to a Cloe simulation to provide some interactivity and visualization of the scene.
